4.3 Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, processing refunds, and providing customer support for their products.

4.4 Commission and Fees: GiffyStore may charge transaction fees or commissions on sales. Fees will be clearly disclosed in your seller dashboard.

4.5 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Razorpay. Sellers must comply with all payment processing terms and applicable laws.

5.1 Purchases: By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price and any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You must provide valid payment information.

5.3 Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled by individual sellers. Delivery times and policies vary by seller.

5.4 Returns and Refunds: Return and refund policies are set by individual sellers. Please review seller policies before making a purchase.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7.1 Platform Content: All content on GiffyStore, including logos, trademarks, designs, and software, is owned by GiffyStore or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant GiffyStore a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

GiffyStore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiffyStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold GiffyStore harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11.1 Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.

11.2 Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
