By creating an account or using GiffyStore, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use GiffyStore, you must be able to enter into binding contracts and provide accurate information during registration.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using the services under applicable law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or involve fraudulent or illegal activity.

Sellers are responsible for their products, store content, customer support, order fulfillment, policies, and legal compliance.

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock, images, and policies.
• Sellers must not list illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or rights-infringing goods.
• Subscription fees, transaction fees, platform fees, and commissions may apply as disclosed in the seller dashboard.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, and sellers must comply with applicable payment processing terms.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information, seller policies, prices, taxes, shipping fees, and checkout details before placing an order.

• Orders are fulfilled by individual sellers.
• Return and refund policies may vary by seller.
• Payments must be made using valid payment information through supported checkout methods.

You agree not to misuse GiffyStore or interfere with platform operations.

• Do not violate laws, sell prohibited goods, commit fraud, or mislead users.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Do not upload harmful code, scrape the platform without permission, or bypass platform limits.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.

GiffyStore content, software, designs, branding, and platform materials are owned by GiffyStore or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, while granting us permission to use it to operate and display your store.

GiffyStore is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we are not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of products sold by sellers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiffyStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold GiffyStore harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your products, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time and may suspend or terminate access to GiffyStore if these Terms are violated. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where GiffyStore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
